From the hearty breakfast with our farm produce to the 5-course menu with an exquisite choice of quality wines, we at the Vierbrunnenhof offer everything a foodie could ever wish for. Head chef Konrad selects local farm produce, e.g. the meat from our farm, as a basis for conjuring up his seasonal specialities. He then seasons them with herbs from the hotel’s kitchen garden. He spoils guests of all ages with authentic South Tyrolean cuisine in the half-board family-run hotel in Antholz.

Start your day with an invigorating breakfast
In the morning, a sumptuous breakfast buffet awaits guests with freshly baked bread from the baker, muesli, yoghurt, fresh milk, mountain butter (in summer), jam, local honey, homemade cakes and fresh fruit, eggs from the farm, cheese and sausage specialities from the local butcher. In addition to tea and coffee, we serve natural spring water and homemade fruit juices to drink.
Hearty packed lunches consisting of crispy bread, regional sausage specialities, spicy cheese, sweet pastries and refreshing drinks are available every day for guests who have been tempted to go on a hike by the unparalleled panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. This will give you a burst of energy for your exciting excursions into the surrounding areas.

A half-board hotel in Antholz: indulgence all day long
In addition to breakfast and a packed lunch, the 5-course evening menu in the panorama restaurant is part and parcel of the culinary offering at the Vierbrunnenhof. To begin, diners can choose from sumptuous antipasti or a warming soup and a plate from the fresh, crispy salad buffet. For the starters and mains, head chef Konrad picks his favourites from the region’s traditional specialities.
He skilfully creates delicious, seasonal dishes to please even the most demanding guest. He is also happy to incorporate his guests’ individual dietary requirements into his menus. A sweet dessert or a full-flavoured cheese board alongside fruit from the buffet round off the delectable menu.
There is an exquisite selection of quality wines in the rustic wine cellar, while the wine parlour with its large farm stove is very often the perfect place for guests to socialise over a drink or two in the evenings.
