You’re looking forward to your holiday; we’re looking forward to your visit. We have outlined everything you need to know about booking a stay at our hiking hotel in Antholz.

Single supplement in double rooms: €15.00 per person per day

Arrival and departure: you can check in to your room from 1pm on your day of arrival. We ask that you vacate the room by 10am on your day of departure. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 7pm.

Reservation: we require a €200.00 deposit to confirm your booking. This fee can be transferred into our bank account:

Cancellation conditions and travel cancellation insurance: a room reservation can only be cancelled in writing (not over the phone!). A cancellation fee will not be applied to cancellations made up to 4 weeks (28 days) prior to your arrival. From 28 days prior to your arrival, if you depart early or if you arrive late, we will charge full price for the stay you booked as stated on the valid reservation confirmation (no refund for unused services). These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether we have managed to fully or partially rebook the cancelled rooms. As such, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Services: unused services will not be reimbursed.

Pets: dogs are welcome upon prior consultation. We charge a fee of €15.00 per day (without food) for your darling pet. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or the wellness area. Please also bring a dog blanket with you.

Room numbers: unfortunately we cannot definitely reserve a particular room for you, but we will try our best to respect your wishes.

Non-smoking hotel: smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel. You are welcome to smoke outside.
