Take delight in spotting the first crocuses that poke their heads through the melting snow, the cool mountain air on hot summer days, the splashes of colour in the mountains in autumn or the gloriously white blankets of snow on winter hikes. Our expert hiking guides will find the perfect tour for your hiking holiday, no matter the season.

Experience and passion for the mountains
Our trained hiking guides love the mountains, and they share this love with their friends and guests. Plan eventful, indulgent and authentic hiking tours that you will remember forever at the hotel with hiking guides Thomas and Maria Martha. With a wealth of knowledge and a knack for going at their guests’ pace, the two experts pick the best tours for each individual group, from family walks right through to a choice of mountain climbing expeditions.
Accompany Thomas on one of his introductory tours, learn about favourite local tours at his hiking advice sessions held at the hotel at the new meet-up for hikers with the LED map or scale the surrounding mountains on his mountain hikes and climbing tours.
Maria Martha, on the other hand, will help you to experience her beloved mountains with all five senses. Draw on her in-depth knowledge of the plants and animals thriving in the mountains; which herbs heal, taste good or smell nice; and how you can spot changes in the weather in good time on her popular hikes to the Kumpflalm alpine cabin. You will also be able to sample her delicious homemade bread.

A variety of tours at the hotel with our hiking guide
In summer, four free guided tours per week (each designed with different hiking abilities in mind) run from the hotel. When body and mind are challenged in equal measure, you will return to the hotel every evening feeling the stress of everyday life just melt away.
In winter, you can expect snowshoe hikes, ski guiding services, cross-country skiing and biathlon experience weeks. There is always something exciting to do at the Vierbrunnenhof! If you want a hiking holiday, South Tyrol is arguably the most beautiful part of the Alps.
