Mindful & relaxing hiking with Uschi
During the mindfulness hike, we walk through the forest for approx. 3 hours, where the focus is on experiencing nature. We get to know it with all our senses and try to slow down and let go of everyday stress. During the hike we do some nature experience exercises and end the hike with a tea ceremony.
Bring along: Seat cushion, blanket, robe in layers, desire for something new!
Healing breathing
Breathing is crucial when forest bathing, as the healing terpenes in the forest air are absorbed primarily through the lungs, which stimulates our immune system. Conscious breathing combined with meditative exercises enhances the stress-reducing and immune-boosting effects of the forest.
Conscious breathing
• relieves pain and stress,
• has a calming effect on the central nervous system,
• increases the oxygen supply and blood circulation,
• stimulates the metabolism,
• lowers blood pressure.
Pay attention during breathing exercises:
• a loose, upright standing or sitting position so that the lungs are as free as possible,
• breathing as deeply as possible into the abdomen,
• breathing in through the nose.
